Summer is coming! Just after we pass the longest day of the year we’ll be hosting another free yoga lesson in the park.
Join us on June 24 at 18:30 for an outdoor Hatha flow session with Laura, who teaches Saturday morning classes at Satya Yoga. All levels are welcome, even if you’ve never done yoga before. Just show up at St Johanns Park and look for the people with yoga mats.
Your yoga mat is the only thing you need to bring, although even that isn’t necessary (doing yoga on the grass is a great feeling!). Wear comfortable stretchy clothes. If the weather is bad then the session might be rescheduled, so keep an eye on the updates on Facebook and Meetup or sign up here so we can contact you.
