We’ll be back in St. Johanns park on August 11 for a Sunday morning session of partner yoga. Join us at 10:00 for sixty minutes of yoga poses where you’ll work in pairs to support each other and double the fun of doing yoga.
You can bring along a friend or be partnered up with someone from the group. The class is donation-based so you just pay what you can afford.
Bring your own yoga mat or towel, or just enjoy doing yoga on the grass. The class is open to all levels, including beginners.
