Enjoy a fun and very affordable yoga weekend: we have donation-based events scheduled for both Saturday 19 October and Sunday 20 October. Both sessions take place at Satya Yoga studio in Basel (Feldbergstrasse 47).
Discover the world of Hatha: a gentle form of yoga that transitions slowly into each pose. You will learn the basic poses you need to follow a yoga class, breath control, and meditation.
Anyone is welcome, regardless of fitness level or yoga experience. Rebecca is a warm and welcoming teacher, always looking to leave her students with a smile on their face at the end of a yoga class.

Share yoga with a friend, your partner….or someone you’ve just met! Join for a partner yoga class on Sunday morning. You’ll support each other in yoga poses which are designed to be accessible even if you’ve never done yoga before.
You can come as a pair or just show up on your own and be assigned a partner from the group.
